Tennis Water Bottles

Insulated stainless steel bottles that stay cold court side through a long match. Fast one handed flow at the changeover, and it won't taste of the bag by August.

You get ninety seconds. Sit down and drink.

The changeover is the one moment in a match built for exactly this. Ninety seconds, sitting down, and it's your only proper chance to take on fluid before you're back on.

Wasting a chunk of it unscrewing a lid or sucking at a narrow spout is a poor use of ninety seconds.

Our nozzle flows on gravity rather than squeeze. Developed with an ex-NASA engineer, it moves 621ml in 8.5 seconds from the moment you tilt. Pop it, drink, sit, breathe.

Two hours in full sun

Tennis is played in the summer, on an open court, with your bag sitting in whatever shade you could find. Which is usually none.

A plastic bottle is warm in twenty minutes and unpleasant by the second set. The insulated Trio and Trio Mini use double wall vacuum insulation and hold cold for 12 hours and more, so the water in the third set is as cold as the water in the first.

Fill it with ice before you leave. That's the whole trick.

It stops tasting of the bag

A tennis bag spends the summer in a hot car boot, and the bottle in it absorbs everything. Old squash, whatever electrolyte you tried in June, and that faint plastic edge on the first mouthful.

Bivo bottles are stainless steel with food grade silicone components, and every part comes apart for a proper clean, nozzle included. No mould in a valve you can't reach and no stained plastic. BPA, BPS, BPF and phthalate free, and 100% lead free.

Club tennis and juniors

Club matches, league fixtures and coaching sessions all run longer than they look on the schedule, and junior programmes run all summer in the heat.

The Trio Mini is the easiest size for younger players to hold and tip. For clubs and coaching groups, get in touch about quantities.

Tennis water bottle FAQs

What size water bottle for a tennis match?

The 621ml Trio covers most matches and stays cold throughout. For a long match or a hot day, the 740ml Duo carries the most.

Will it stay cold court side in summer?

The insulated Trio and Trio Mini hold cold for 12 hours and more, so a bottle sitting in the sun through a two hour match is still cold at the end.

Can you drink from it in the ninety second changeover?

Yes, and quickly. Gravity flow moves 621ml in 8.5 seconds with no squeezing, so you're drinking rather than fiddling with a lid.

Will it fit in a tennis bag?

The Trio Mini at 500ml and 220mm tall is the easiest fit for a bag pocket. Full size bottles go in the main compartment without issue.

Will it survive being dropped on a hard court?

Steel takes drops that crack plastic. It may mark the finish, and the silicone exterior on the coloured bottles absorbs much of the impact.

How do you clean it after a summer of squash and electrolytes?

Every part separates, nozzle included, so there's no sealed valve trapping residue. Nothing stains and nothing lingers.
