Our lightest is 158g empty and the insulated Trio Mini is 240g. That's comparable to plenty of insulated soft flask setups once you account for the carrier, and far lighter than most steel bottles.
The Trio Mini at 500ml and 220mm tall is the size to look at. It fits standard handheld carriers, most belt holsters and vest back pockets.
Flow is the main difference. There's no sucking or squeezing, so it drinks faster and doesn't collapse as it empties. It also cleans properly and doesn't hold onto the taste of old gels.
